on a spring. a coil. the master of balance in motion. call and response, cause and effect. its beauty lies in its design. each ring, each layer, infinitely expanding, contributing to the vast richness of the entire composition. some argue the expansion throws off the balance, but every layer effortlessly holds the weight of its own realm. it recalls and remembers the beginning, never forgetting where we, where it, came from. if you shift your position, change your field of view, suddenly, the circles align. what was once a funnel, or a cone, or speaker, converges into a perfect return. from every side, every angle, every perspective, there is a scale that never tips. not even slightly. it is balance embodied. a thing of nature. a thing of beauty. a whole body of work all at once, the sum of its beautiful parts. as it grows, it does not falter, building its force, fully positioned to move. it’s perfect. nothing ever dies. everything returns. a utopia
