Started with sit-ups and press-ups to fire up my core and upper body. 💪 Then it was leg day—we pushed through some extreme exercises that really tested my limits. 🦵🔥 By the end of the session, I could feel the burn in my legs, glutes, and arms, and the soreness was real when I slept and woke up the next day. But hey, no pain, no gain, right? 🥊💯 On to Day 3—let’s keep building this momentum! 🚴♂️✨
- Biked 8.1km from my house to the gym to kick things off! 🚴♂️ - Completed 1 hour of general aerobic training to warm up and get my heart pumping. - Did 30 minutes of 10KG weight training to build arm strength and endurance. - For my boxing session, I learned about the two main stances: Orthodox and Southpaw. Since I’m left-handed, I’ll be using the Southpaw stance. - Practiced the fundamentals: leg positioning and movement, as well as hand positioning and movement.
