Just kidding. I'm not telling you what to do after 50.
I'm creating this space to express my thoughts on expectations of the over-50 crowd. I was initially inspired by many video titles recommended by YouTube on how I should cut my hair, wear my makeup a certain way, wear this, don't wear that.
After contemplation, we're bombarded with this attitude every decade of our lives, not just after 50. Because I'm older, I remember this being in the form of TV commercials and magazine ads. Now, so many clicks are sought after telling me how much more attractive and younger I'll appear if I do this super anti-aging thing.
Do good and healthy things for yourself according to your ability, temperament, and values if you so choose. But to do them to appear young and with it is not for me. The keyword is appear. If I want to eat or exercise a certain way or engage in a movement practice such qigong to feel better, that's different.
More to come. People of all ages and genders are welcome to comment on what they think of expectations of their age group or different generations.

Black Stone Sanctuary Zorbish Meditation #1
This video is an example of the aesthetic and vibe associated with the Sanctuary. Music and visuals are the focus, so there are no spoken words, symbols (besides the orb), or hints of certain deities. It's for you to enjoy as your own mini retreat, and to commune with your Holy Powers.
