I DO believe they intended it to be a FREE republic, that represented us fairly, protected our freedoms, reserved our privacy, educated our children properly (when they've charged us dearly for it!), provided for our common welfare, and perhaps left terrorism and over taxation to the Brits... but why restore it? The freedoms and liberties they stole from us, because they said.. "Because the people, on tasting the dish, are always disposed to eat more of it than does them good."
