Out of the dark sky, lights beaming, they touch down slow.
The Aliens are finally here, with their beautiful cosmic glow.
No need to hide, no need to run,
They aren't here to fight, they just want to have fun.

Life can be twisted sometimes.

It's how you deal with it that counts.

In the silent cold night, the train glides by,
across the tracks, beneath the lit sky.

Streaking through, to a destination unknown,
the train ignites, into the twilight zone.

The breeze is full, of the scents of spring.

The flowers bloom, along this lonely road.

The branches wave, as the colours explode.

A moment of beauty, a moment of calm.

This quiet moment, is a soul’s balm.

The night has come, and the workers have gone home.
The lonely plant sits solitary, all alone.
Once bustling with meetings, laughter and calls,
the sounds are replaced with a silence, between these office walls.
The leaves droop, with sadness under the fluorescent lights.
But it knows that tomorrow will bring more delights.
So now, like a lone poet, in the depths of thought,
this lonely plant sits, knowing that it will never be forgot.

In the whispers of the soft ocean breeze,
the sand ghosts guard the beach with ease.
Their stories told in silent sighs,
beneath the endless darkened skies.

The people have left, the noise subsides,
as the water laps due to the relentless tides.
The night is a time for rest and respite,
as tomorrow will return the screams of human delight.
