The Park traveled to Austin Texas to play SXSW with Freddy Gibbs, Grillade, Big K.R.I.T and others.
Before the week's festivities came to an end, The Park hosted a BBQ and jam session at the home of Peter Van Zandt. Pictured here is Grillade frontwoman Ragen Fykes singing along with Donwill of hip-hop group Tanya Morgan.
Park’ members Josh Lippi and Trevor Banta set up a jam session at Idyllwild Skate Park as part of a FWB Fest activation.
The Park brought together the community for a friendly skate competition and skate deck giveaway. Contestants and attendees enjoyed complimentary donuts and nouns coffee while a live jam session provided the soundtrack for the local skaters to do their thing.
This session was my favorite event during the 3rd annual FWB fest.

To me, this setlist exemplifies The Park's commitment to music, community and fun. Fun fact, Park' regular, virtuoso guitar player Steve Wyreman, said he learned to play 20 new songs before this gig during sound check.
