To read the time, the Day Punk is for PM, the Night Punk is for AM. Then, look at the colours of the Augmented Reality mask:
Blue is 5 hours
Cyan is 1 hour
Red is 15 minutes
Pink is 5 minutes
Yellow is 1 minute
Green is unused
For example:
0 Blue + 1 Cyan = 1
2 Red + 1 Pink + 2 Yellow = 15 +15 + 5 + 1 + 1 = 37
