Funny enough, $DEGEN was partly born last year at DuneCon ‘23 in Portugal. It was my first crypto conference, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. At the after-party, I had a conversation with Mats, the CTO of Dune, and without even realizing it, he—and the Dune team—gave me the confidence to try something on my own.
Hearing Mats share his early journey with Dune was just what I needed at the time. It wasn’t some huge moment, but it stuck with me and set me on the path that became $DEGEN.
