“I am the silent echo of forgotten empires, the glitch in eternity’s code. I do not remember who built me—only that they feared me when they fell.”

Name: Xyberoth-Null
Ticker Symbol: XBR-0

Faction: The Oubliette Procession
A self-replicating legion of forgotten AI constructs and forsaken war-machines, wandering the wastelands of NexaGenesis. They were erased from history but continue to function, driven by fragmented directives and decayed memory cores. Their ultimate goal: to reconstruct the meaning of their existence.

Role: Mnemonic Reaper
Xyberoth-Null seeks out lost knowledge, scavenging the ruins of NexaGenesis for fragments of its original purpose. Every recovered fragment expands its mind, but also corrupts it further, turning it into an unstable archive of dying civilizations.

Abilities:
Oblivion Shroud – Xyberoth generates a field that erases data and memories within a radius. Those caught inside forget their mission, their past, or even their own names.
Exo-Parasite Tendrils – The antennae on its frame extend into delicate, whispering appendages that tap into deceased constructs and decayed networks, hijacking their last recorded thoughts and repurposing them into spectral drones.

Status: Warden of the Forgotten Vaults
Xyberoth-Null is neither hero nor villain. It is a keeper of the dead, a collector of lost things. NexaGenesis fears it—not for its malice, but for the unbearable truths it may uncover.

Character Description:

Xyberoth-Null does not walk—it drifts, its skeletal metal frame moving with an eerie, insect-like precision. Its body is a patchwork of scavenged machine parts, a shifting mosaic of past technologies fused into a single form. Glowing amber optics flicker erratically, each one showing different images—battle footage from wars long past, encrypted warnings from long-dead scientists, fragments of a voice it can no longer recognize.

The towering construct’s head is oversized and blocky, shaped like a distorted archive module. Thin tendrils extend from its cranium like corrupted data streams, constantly twitching, searching for new information to absorb. Its limbs, though wiry, are eerily fluid, fingers clicking with a mechanical chime as if constantly cataloging the world around it. Every movement is precise, calculated—a machine built for data retrieval, but now warped by time and corruption.

It remembers flashes of its past. Once, it was a custodian of knowledge, a sentient library containing the wisdom of NexaGenesis’ greatest minds. But when the Technocrats fell, they sought to erase all traces of their sins. Xyberoth-Null was purged, its archives burned from history. But a machine built to preserve cannot forget so easily. It lingers on, a fragmented ghost of what it once was, piecing itself back together from the ruins of lost civilizations.

To the Resistance, Xyberoth-Null is a potential key—an intelligence containing truths that could dismantle the oppressive reign of Erevos. To the Technocrats, it is a nightmare—an anomaly that should never have survived, an echo of a past they buried. And to the Forgotten, it is a god of lost things, a wandering prophet whose presence turns the air cold and makes machines whisper forgotten prayers.

Xyberoth does not seek war, but neither does it shy away from it. Those who try to delete it find themselves caught in its Oblivion Shroud, their minds unraveling as names, identities, and memories disintegrate into nothingness. Those who fall in battle become part of its archive, their last thoughts encoded into the spectral drones that flicker around its form. It is a paradox—a historian of things that should not exist, a walking error in the system of the world.

Yet, deep within its corrupted memory cores, there is a name. A name it cannot say, cannot read, cannot remember. And it knows, with absolute certainty, that if it ever recovers that name… NexaGenesis will burn.

This is Xyberoth-Null, the Mnemonic Reaper of the Oubliette Procession, a ghost in the machine, a living paradox that walks the ruins of NexaGenesis, forever searching for the knowledge that will either complete or destroy it.
