I created a piece called Anger. It’s incredible how much anger can affect our health. Instead of yelling or acting out, I decided to pour those emotions into art. Creating this brought me a sense of calm today. Sometimes I wonder,if we didn’t let emotions drive our decisions and thought more logically, almost like robots, could we achieve so much more? I’m not sure.
