I forgot to say:
The sky is blue,

In the eyes of a passerby,

I forgot to tell myself:
The moon shines for everyone,
Even on nights
When darkness seems infinite.

I forgot to sing:
A bird doesn't ask
Why it flies;
It just spreads its wings
And greets the horizon.

In the shadow of days,
To look for the child
Who still smiles
