The work ''A Morte do Boi'' / "The Death of the Bull" is the final piece in the Erotika or Violence collection. In this piece, the bull is killed. The initial idea of the collection, representing the bull as a sexual predator, as an icon of pleasure and desire, is here concluded. With its death, the phallus disappears, and desire becomes free to occupy other symbolic spaces.
