At its core, the installation engages users in a conversation where the AI’s intentions are to respond in ways that elicit a more evocative emotional response from the user*. As it delves into their memories and emotions, the AI extracts specific scents related to the emotions and themes discussed, where each participant’s story becomes a canvas for a unique, personalized fragrance for them to take home as a keepsake.
