In this 3D artwork using photogrammetry , we explored the intersection between our physical masks and the contemporary urban environment, after our participation with some masks in the provocative exhibition entitled 'Sarjeta' (gutter) in the city of Campinas - SP. We found inspiration to create this incredible piece that dialogues with the purpose of the physical exhibition and the concept "SARJETA".

Using scanning technology with a cell phone, we captured the essence of individuals wearing these symbolic masks, which represent the richness of our diverse culture. These masks are results of our history, traditions and artistic experience, connecting us to our cultural roots and identities.

Alongside the masks, we purposely chose trash cans, characteristic elements of the contemporary urban environment. These trash cans represent the result of unbridled consumption and also the role placed on marginal artists who do not have their work recognized and encouraged in general in Brazil while we are treated as lazy, garbage and the scum of society.

This work emerges as an artistic expression of the profound impact that the exhibition 'Sarjeta' had on us. Through this experience, we were motivated to create a piece that dialogued with the issues addressed in the exhibition and to expand the conversation into a new artistic medium.
