This allows creative impulse to go from idea to mint in two steps.

Base's L2 has an advantage in the common consumer's mindshare. And thanks to Coinbase, they have a layer of trust/familiarity outside of the space.

With Base now live, there's an operating layer that affords decentralized incentives while leveraging the brand's merit.

BASED. A play on words and possible fertile ground for aligning memetic primitives amongst the Millenials and Gen Z generations. (lil B the based god, based as a familiar term, crypto = based, etc)

This would be an attempt at what 0xgami called 'Hypercommons'.

Additional development ideas:

- simple metadata for the dao tokens (like purple dao)
- possible 'charity funnel' social mech (creators/protocols donate to it as support of its efforts)

Originally stemming from nis.eth's idea called 'Bridge Pass' (d.mirror.xyz/Sjpxa2r_wxkQUGXUr8oO2PhBlyfIRgLBx2YevoXXwyY). The concept is targeted at making bridging an incentive of its own.

Manifold did a drop with Optimism where you bought the NFT on L1 and received a small amount of ETH on your Optimism address.

This idea leverages both. A gift shop of NFTs that when purchased on L1 sends a portion of ETH to your L2 address. The bridge user gets an NFT and helps expand L2 adoption.

Additional development ideas:

- 'seasonal' curation of bridge shop assets
- allow creators to opt in for their work in the shop
- marketplace of bridge shop assets

What would an onchain YouTube alternative look like?

Zora already mints multimedia. As they continue to expand it could be feasible that they create a YouTube-like arm of their ecosystem.

Anyone can watch the videos just like on YouTube, but instead of Subscribe buttons there are Mint buttons.

Instead of Views as the social Metric, we would use Mints.

Token art can be pre-concept ideas or just the logo in various formats. Treasury is in aid of building the brand and proliferating its memes.

Proposals for new drop lines, partnerships, freelance design concepts, etc.

Token gated shop for dao holders to purchase at production cost &/o vote for allocation of free merch.

Use voting to decide:

- retail price
- duration of sales campaigns
- holder benefits
- etc
